Answers:
Peanut butter crackers!. Total lifesaver when I was studying for exams!. You used to be able to buy them for a quarter a pack at gas stations!. Wash them down with water, fruit juice, or milk, NOT soda!.

Avoid fast food and pizza like the plague!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chocolate!. They are total energy bars!.
Also I recommend drinking sports drink instead of water, because of the salt!. You wouldn't have to go to the bathroom that often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

good snack would be a granola bar or a snickers bar or something!. It has enough sugar to keep you going but not crash!. Fruits work better though!.!.!.try almonds and a banana!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
