What events are you interested in doing!? The best way to train is specific to the event!. Yes, most have an element of power to weight ratio in them, but I have seen overweight kids out run or out perform supper skinny kids many times!.

Weight loss is math!. Use or don't eat 3500 calories and you will lose 1 pound of body fat!.

1!. Cut back your food intake by 500 calories each day!.
2!. Increase your exercise by 500 calories each day!.
You will lose about 2 pounds per week!.

Don't get in a hurry, your body does not do drastic changes well!. Patience, persistence, and consistency as the keys to changing your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start off with a good diet plan!. You can find really good ones on the internet!.

You need to stick with it for it to be effective!. I used one called Fat Loss 4 Idiots and it really payed off for me!.
