I like to add raisins and cranberries, or bananas!. You can also add applesauce or gently boil some chopped apple or pear pieces and throw them in!. Adding vanilla and cinnamon are also nice!. I would skip the sugar altogether and add honey or stevia (sweet healthy sugar substitute)!. If you add milk or kefir to it, margarine or sweet butter you'll lose the interest in sweet flavoring (beyond fruit)!. You can add a bit of olive or canola oil if you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Protein powder is a great one!. Or just toss in some mixed berries or a dash of a natural flavor extract!.

i love oatmeal with about 1 Tbs of brown sugar and a handful of raisins!.!.!.if you want to skip the sugar altogether, use splenda, but i don't think it tastes as goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
Add a handful of fruit!. (1/4 to 1/3 cup)

I always use cinnamon sugar and brown sugar!. You will know how much to use judging by the taste (obviously)!.
