When I took it years ago, i used Weiders protien shakes. However, the side effects from these shakes could be dangerous as you get older. I have three friends who died form cancer, and four friends (as well as myself) who suffer from arthritis.
Maybe the best answer for you is too eat alot of pastas, or convert your diet to eating 6 or more small meals a day.
