What should I get to begin yoga at home?

I want to try to do yoga in the comfort of my own home, but I don't know where to begin. I would like to get some kind of beginner's dvd, but I don't know what one, or if I need anything else.


Answers:

You will need a mat, and if you go to Marshall's or Ross or Target, they will have dvd's you can watch and follow.
