When i was jogging today and brisk walking is it ok if my heart rate supposed to be at 145 per min?

Depends. Your Maximum heart rate is 220 minus your age. The cardio range is 70-80% of your maximum heart rate. Fat burning range is approximately 60%-70%. Training range for athletes is 80%-90%. It is okay go over 90% briefly if you are in good shape. You can maintain very good cardio vascular health by working out in the 70-80% range for 15-20 minutes 3-4 times a week. Short periods in and out of these ranges from 60 to 90% is very beneficial. Don't forget healthy deit and 64-80 ounce of water everyday ... more when you exercise.
