Question: What are good HEALTHY recipes!?
A friend and I lift weights 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours a day!. I've started up a diet where I eat a protein shake or eggs for breakfast!. Chicken Breast and spaghetti or rice for lunch!. Chicken Breast and spaghetti or rice for dinner!. I might have a yogurt, watermelon, or green beans along with it!. After workouts I have another protein shake!. If your worried about the intesity of my workouts don't worry, they are VERY intense!. I precook all of my meals on a sunday!. Are there any suggestions or modifications!? Do you know any recipes I could make!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A great recipe is Homemade Chicken soup:
Boil 8-10 peices of boneless skinless chicken breasts in bottled water
When chicken is fully cooked add to water (don't worry about chopping the chicken pieces they'll come apart as the soup cooks:
1 pkg!. of carrots or 2-4 fresh carrots (chopped)
2-3 potatoes
2-3 cans of corn
2-3 cans of green beans
1/3 chopped onion
1/3 chopped celery
A few shakes of garlic salt
Salt to taste
I think you should try to eat more variety in your fruits like have some oranges, apples, grapes, plums etc!.!.!. along with your watermelon so you won't get bored

Panner delight - heat a little olive oil!. put cumin seeds if u have!. saute onions!. add 2 tbsp of ketchup!. add chilli powder!. put low-fat cottage cheese cubes!. let it all blend!.
have soupy meals!. put chicken and veg pieces in stock!. let it come to a boil!. 0 fat and power-packed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
