I am just starting to work out and I was wondering what kind of Push up is for beginners!? Bent knee push up or others!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do which ever you are most comfortable with!. definitely try to do a few "real" push ups, even if it is just 3 or 5!. that will help work your core, your abs will get stronger being in that pose!. there is nothing wrong with doing "girl" push ups, just make sure you keep correct form to work the correct muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
