Can I lose weight like this?!


Question: Can I lose weight like this!?
I just bought the new Billy Blanks Amp'd series and started doing Weight Watchers!. I cut out all the bad foods like pizza, soda, chips, fat filled snacks etc!.!.!.!. So my schedule is I wake up, walk between one to three miles every morning at a local track, come home and do one dvd workout (they range between 33-51 mins each workout) and they are very intense cardio workouts, I sweat up a storm! So basically I do this at the very least 5 days a week, sometimes 6 and follow my weight watchers points very carefully and accurate!. I need to ( or atleast possibly) lose 50 lbs by Christmas ( if possible more)!. Does anyone have any advice on maybe increasing my chances!?!?!? And does this sound like a good routine to lose weight!?!?!? So by me doing this, do you think I can lose 50 lbs by Christmas!? PLEASE I NEED ALL THE HELP AND ADVICE I CAN GET!!
p!.s I eat nothing but fresh fruits,veggies,lean meats (steak,chicken,ground turkey,egg beaters, lite wheat bread, stuff like that!. THANK YOU!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds good, be careful of hypo(De)/hyper(Over) hydration, both can be deadly, especially if you are sweating a lot!. but suggest you remove the red meat, if not all of it, even lean it isn't good for you (red meat especially) and will also make it go a little faster, try tofu instead!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like you're doing everything right!. Wish I had that kind of gumption!. Go for it! But PLEASE do not over do it!. Rapid weight loss is NOT good for you!. Drink lots of water and if you notice anything strange going on, call your doctor!. And don't sweat the little treats!. If you go to a b-day party!.!.!.have some damn cake and don't feel bad about it!. Just don't eat the whole cake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
