Question: Whats the healthiest thing u can eat for breakfast and lunch!?
Answers:
A breakfast that contains protein, a veggie or fruit!.
Example -
Free Range Egg mixed with diced onion, pepper, tomato perhaps placed on a whole grain tortilla!.
Glass of Raw Milk
For Lunch I usually make a stew or soup and spread it out through the week!. It usually gives you a nice mix of veggies, and is quick and easy!.
My favorite soup to make is!.
Chicken in bite sized pieces[cooked]
Placed in chicken broth!.
Add diced, onion, tomato's, peppers, chili peppers, corn, and rice!.
It can be made healthier
by using organic veggies as they contain more nutrients!.
Use real broth you make from boiling dark meat chicken and bones[parsley extracts calcium from bones, so you can add some when making a broth]
Use real rice, not the instant bleached stuff!.
Usually I have a glass or orange juice with it, I put Cod Liver Oil and Sodium Ascorbate[form of vit C]in the OJ
To start making healthier changes to your diet!.!.
Use Olive Oil avoid hydrogenated oils!.
Use organic produce!.
Whole wheat!.
No processed food or ready to eat!.
Avoid white sugar!.
