Weight loss and muscle gain help??!


Question: Weight loss and muscle gain help!?!?
here's what i'm aiming at!.!.!. i'm a very thin person by nature!.!. i'm 5'7" and 120lbs!.!.!.!. but i have absolutely no muscle mass!.!.!. i wear a 34D bra but a 2 or 3 waist!.!.!. i have fat on my sides and belly (not a lot, but enough to not like it)!.!.!. how do i lose that fat and maybe some weight in my breasts without becoming a bean pole!? is it just turning the fat into muscle!? i'd like to tone up!.!.!. what exercises are good for what i want!?

I don't want to lose any weight though!.!.!. i wouldn't even mind gaining weight a little since muscle weighs more than fat!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok right now im going say im a personal trainer and love to answer these kinds of questions,

if you want to lose your little belly and maybe a little off your breast then i would suggest start to working your upper body with maybe some benching, get a small home gym at walmart, (there only about $65!.00)!. and this will help out losing your breast size a little because your breast are mainly made up from fat not muscle so when you start doing this then your breast fat will start o become less and less!.

and try to get something to help you with you do sit ups to help out your abs and lose your belly fat and gain muscle!. and even try to get whey protein to help your muscle gain even more!. (also affordable $13!.00 at walmart)!.

and another thing is case your wondering, you don't need named brand equipment like bowflex or anything like that!. its all the same thing, and please don't stop if you don't see any results in a day or a even up to a week!.

oh and don't forget to drink plenty of water AFTER your workout and maybe even something to eat!. and dont drink a lot of water during is because you could get sick!.

I would focus on weight training!. By increasing muscle mass and toning you will be able to give yourself a more balanced shape!. Fat does not turn into muscle but if you are working out I guarantee some of your problem areas will seem like less of a problem!.

Just remember we all fight our genetics and some fat is necessary for normal health!. Where your body stores fat is up to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to add some resistance training to get toned!. Tone is achieved when you have muscle and a low body fat % so that you can see that muscle!. Try out the routines and diet here!.!.

burn the fat and put alot of emphises on your upper legs in your workout!. the extra muscle in your thighs and rear will make you more curvry even though you have slimmed downWww@Answer-Health@Com

you cannot spot reduce fat
muscle weighs more than fat but looks firm and doesn't jiggle

Train with light weights!.!.!.!.!.!.If you do a lot of reps this will help tone your muscles!! Jogging might help too!.!.!.But keep weights as your primary workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com
