How can I eat healthy and still maintain my social life?

The group of peope that I am friends with likes to eat out A LOT. They get fast food almost every time we get together. I am worried about gaining weight and getting out of shape because I spend time with this group. How can I make healthy food choices and still be able to go out with my friends??

I know olive garden has brown pasta which is higher in fiber, and well, I could go on and on, but if your friends ask why you are all of a sudden eating healthier, justsay that you want to look good for summer or something. Or just say, hey have you had these salads? they are good. ( I like McDonalds Asian salad myself.)Anyway, kudos to you for trying to eat healthy...and on the flip side, if you will exercise 30 min a day for 5 days aweek, you can eat more and still be in shape.
