Question: How can i lose 10 pounds easily in a month!?
i want to lose aout 10 pounds!.
can someone please tell me what i should do,that will help me drop 10 pounds fast!?

4-10 lbs in a month is healthy weight loss but 8 is a better goal!. I have lost 70 lbs over the last year!. If you lose weight too quickly though you are not losing fat but rather muscle so watch out for that!

Go to www!.mypyramid!.gov and fill in your information for how many calories you should burn and it will tell you what to eat!. If you want to lose weight, cut that amount by 500-700 calories and work out with cardio about an hour/day more than you currently do (at least 4 times/week)!. A pound of fat is 3500 calories so if you cut your calorie intake by 500 every day that is 1 lb lost in what you eat and you will probably lose another pound from the exercise!

step one - figure out how many calories you need to eat every day to maintain weight!. step two- eat less than this making sure you get the nutrients you need!. an up-to-date nutrition textbook would be a good resource!. the food pyramid is the most basic resource if you dont have time to read a nutrition book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
