What is a good workout for arms?

I'm 17 and I want to tone my upper arms. I just bought some 5lb. arm weights to start with (seeing that I'm a beginner and these felt like enough weight for me at the moment..) I was wondering if anyone had some good workouts I could start and could easily fit into my everyday routine. Thanks in advance!

they are called wrist curls. Sit on a kitchen chair. Take a broom handle in your hands (palms up). Now, curl the broom handle towards you (don't lift your arms off your thighs). Now out, roll the broom handle to tips of your fingers, and curl you wrists up again.Start with 10-15 curls per set....feel the burn yet??? 3 sets SHAZZZAAAM! buy yourself a set of 10 pounders in about 3 weeks and go with them. good luck Rob
