just try to excercise if you can and eat six small meals everyday!. not foods that are fried!. try not to eat after 7 it really helps cause at night you lose about 1800 calories if you eat less then that you will lose weight!. i am an diet expert and this really works!. use mine as best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

run and do as much cardio as you can!. to lose weight, you have to burn more than you consume, so definately make sure you stay between 1800-2000 calories a day!. fiber is a great way to boost the metabolism, which will allow you to digest the food faster also!. try to keep it balanced, and substituting snacks like chips or cookies for fruits and veggies will work too!. also, i'm not sure why you're trying to lose six pounds!. but if it does have to do with body image, you should focus on being tone and building muscle rather than solely dropping pounds!. if thats what you choose to do, then don't be surprised or horrified to see you gained a pound or two!. but otherwise, just try to focus on eating healthy, try to limit your snacking, and especially work on portioning your meals!. and like i said: run, run, run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't mind paying, I would say try Weight Watchers!. I dont know your weight or height but I have a few friends who went on WW had had lost ALOT of weight right off the bat!. And they were not heavy set at all!. I think it was more water weight but atleast on that diet, you are doing it the healthy way because you can eat whatever you want but in moderation!.

just cut down on the extra calories and fat!.!.!.like sodas, sugared drinks, fast food, sweets!.!.!.replace it with water, juice, and healty home-made meals!.
Make your breakfast the heaviest!.!.!.lunch lighter!.!.!.and dinner the lightest!. Also taking short walk after dinner helps a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out dairy foods, eat fruit, veggies, chicken & fish and take up jogging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
