Self conscious? PLEASE HELP?!
Question: Self conscious!? PLEASE HELP!?
I'm a pretty confident person, but the shape of my arms bother me!.!.!. I want nice, toned, skinny arms!.!. but I'm not so sure of any exercises to shape and cut my arms quickly!.!. I've recently just started to do about 50 push-ups at least everyday, sometimes twice a day!.!. (I don't want to get liposuction!.)
DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANY EXERCISES THAT WILL GET MY ARMS TO BE TONED/SKINNIER!?

do some push ups, lift light weights like 5 pounds, and work on you triceps trust me this will work!. Triceps are the muscle behind your biceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can target your arms for muscle development but you cannot target them for fat loss!.
I know, I know, magazines tell you that you can target your stomach for fat loss and arms/hips/etc but it's all a lie to sell you magazines!.
Your body decides where to store fat and where to remove it when it needs it, you have no say so!. The only thing you can do is build the muscle underneath the fat (so you can tone them) and keep hitting cardio every day to lose the fat on your arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had really fat arms and started bench pressing 3 times a week and lost a lot of fat off of them!. I dont know about the myth of spot reducing!.!.!.but thats what it did, the rest of my body stayed the same!.

ok, doing 50 pushups a day for 1 day isn't going to help you!. I hate to be the one to break that to you!. If you keep on doing that, you should see results on 2-3 weeks!.

I lift weights, just 5 or 10 pounds!. Basic exercises like curls are good!. Do 20 reps on each arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
