What is a healthy big breakfast to eat?!


Question: What is a healthy big breakfast to eat!?
I want to eat a healthy, big breakfast!. I currently eat a bowl of Raisin Bran, and a fruit!. Is this big enough for a breakfast or do I need to eat more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast always means protein and fiber!. So I recommend :

1 cup Multi-grain Cheerios ( very nutritious )
1 serving of fruit ( a handful )
1 whole wheat toast ( has a lot of fiber )
1 cup of skim milk ( high, high calcium and vitamins )

I eat this every morning and I've never felt better!. Trust me, It's a very healthy choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Special K-you get some grain
Milk-you get some dairy
orange-vitam c and some fruit
If you eat that every morning plus a vitam them you have a perfect and healthy breakfast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm, that's actually a pretty good breakfast!.
Make sure you drink something too though!.

try some boiled egg whites for protein to go along with that, remember to portion the cerealWww@Answer-Health@Com
