Exercise idea???!

Exercise idea???

Okay so I have been watching the show Fight Girls and am enjoying it soo much I want to start Muay Thai but I am a little out of shape. okay okay okay I am a lot out of shape but I figure since I enjoy watching it and it gets my adreline pumping ready to fight I figured thats something id stick to. So I was thinking about maybe doing that Billy Banks Bootcamp video and running. Of course I know I have to change my eating habits.. But what do you guys think? Is that a good start to get me in better shape and once i do that find a class around here for Muay Thai, since im sure i cant just walk up in there like this all out of wack, theyll laugh at me.

I know alot of people who drink protein drinks and I have always been afraid to do drink them, since i do not want to build a lot of muscle under fat. Is it a good idea? I mean i know muscle burns fat, and protein builds muscle just trying to figure out how to lose the fat and not be worried about the muscle....

Any ideas?

Also how fast would I see results by doing the bootcamp and running?

Bootcamp Tues. and Thurs and Running Mon, Wed, Fri.
OR
Running Tues. and Thurs. and Bootcamp
Mon, Wed. Fri

I also thought doing both everyday BC in the am and Running in the Pm...but that may be a little much for me a beginner. Maybe do the 2days and 3days to start and work up to everyday after 4 weeks??

I take it your pretty new dabbling with fitness. I think Muy Thai training is a great idea. A good female friend of mine does mixed kickboxing and participates in full contact tournaments....tuff gal. Seriously, she is like most other athletes when it comes to diet...she eats crap on top of crap.

Go for it...Billy Blanks...eh...whatever gets you moving. Also check out my source for eating right tips.
