Question: Does the pepper only diet work!?
I was just wondering if eating nothing but peppers (the vegetable pepper) when you are hungry is a healthy way to lose weight on top of doing cardio workouts such as jogging!?

Although David Bowie lived on a diet of strictly peppers and milk, and was known for his thin body type (the Thin White Duke) I would say no!.
It would be very unhealthy and I do not think you would even have enough calories in order to go jogging!. Your body would probably go into starvation mode and try to conserve all the calories it could meaning little to no weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no because you need well balanced foods along with at least more calories that just peppers have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
