Question: Is working out on my elliptical 5-6 nights a week for 30-40 min at a time a good workout!?
also I would include a good diet and do weights, crunches and yoga every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends what level you have it set on, if your not increasing your heart rate than no, its not a good workout!. but if your increasing your heart rate by 50 to 75 percent for the whole time than yes its an awesome workout and if you start a simple portion control diet its impossible for you not too lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
