That site just gives you a few estimates of what an ideal weight is for your age, height and gender!. Its in no way scientific and in no way the standard in nutrition and fitness!.
The whole point is just to give you a general idea of what your goal should be if you're trying to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

However, weight is not the best way to measure health!. It's just quick and easy!.
If you really want a better idea get your body fat % checked, blood pressure checked and your weight!. If all are "normal" your in good health!.
This may still not equal your "ideal" body IMAGE as that is what we think looks best, not what they calculate give you the best health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
