How can I lose 15-20 pounds in 3 weeks?!


Question: How can I lose 15-20 pounds in 3 weeks!?
I'm going on a trip to hawaii and i want to lose somewhere between 15-20 pounds!. I think it is a pretty reasonable goal as i'd only be losing around 5 pounds a week!. What is the best way or diet to do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i lost 60 pounds last summer just by drinking green tea and exercising about 30 minutes a day!. the energy drinks may have helped but im not sure if it just slowed it or not!.!.!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

losing five pounds a week isn't healthy but if your really determined you should eat tons of vegetables and fruits and make sure to drink lots of water but don't starve yourself or you'll end up gaining all the weight back on your trip!. also you need to exercise like crazy such as running a long distance, doing crunches, push ups, etc!. hope i helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I just simply follow a very easy regime and the fat just walks away!.

I just eat one meal a day at 6:00pm!. Nothing after nothing in between!.

Then I lose about 15 pounds a week!. When I turned 16 last month my goal was to be 80 pounds!. I accomplished that when I was 160 pounds!.

Now I use any excuse to go out topless lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Run everyday about 3 miles and drink lots of water also no sweet stuff!.!.but lots of vegetables and fruits=]
