I don't eat healthy...........?Please help?!


Question: I don't eat healthy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?Please help!?
But I drink nothing but water and exercise( jog for 30 min!.) daily!. Will I lose any fat at all!? Or does no diet work without eating healthy!?

It is possible to change your exercise habits only and see a reduction in fat, but you certainly won't see amazing results!. What you will probably find, though, is that the foods you're eating really aren't fueling you anymore now that you're exercising!. Your body needs good food in order to function properly, so you're not really optimizing your workouts by feeding yourself bad foods and then trying to jog!. You will probably never see yourself at your ideal weight with this kind of eating and exercise routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you eat healthy you will find that you have more energy and stamina for your workouts and a better metabolism which will help you lose fat/weight!. Make sure you eat plenty of protein and carbs along with lots of veggies and fruit!.

It's counterproductive to eat unhealthy while trying to lose fat - you'll be working out to lose fat but putting it all right back on because your body will store all of the unhealthy food you're eating instead of using it for functioning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and it won't even matter if you eat healthy if you don't also eat less calories than your body needs to maintain weight!.
//fyi!. there was an article recently about someone who lost weight just eating at mcdonalds!. doesn't mean you'd be healthy but you can lose weight by eating anything as long as its less than you needWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think the exercise will help, however it will not be as effective without a healthy eating plan!. It is surprisingly easy to eat healthily, and is more common than you think!. Think about it, instead of going to get unhealthy fast food for lunch, go to a sandwich bar and eat there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to loose weight theres two parts of dieting!. without one of them the other wont work!. 1) is to diet! cut out all the crapa nd fatty stuff and 2) is to excersie off all the rest of the foods you've eaten thats stayed in your bodys system!

You have to do both otherwise your just wasting your time!.

If you want to loose weight that much you'll do both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
