What are good ways to tone up abs and arms and inner thighs?!


Question: What are good ways to tone up abs and arms and inner thighs!?
Hi!. I'm slim, but getting into my 30's and feel like stuff just isn't as firm as before!. What are good exercises I can do at home to tone up the areas I've mentioned!. They just seem to have some loose skin, but I'm not as confident in a swimsuit!.

for abs, do the bicycle exercise!. lay on your back and pedal your legs in the air as you would a bike, but as you do, bring your opposite elbow to the knee that is coming up!. also the plank, where you keep your body stiff as youre face down on the ground resting on your toes and forearms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.
