Question: What are some tips to get rid of a bit 'fat'!? (details inside)!?
I was wondering, what are ome really good ways to get rid of bellyfat and inner thigh fat!? Or how would you tone up those areas!? Its not a lot, im actually quite skinny (so im told), Im 5' 4" and I weigh 103 lbs!. These parts just make me feel really uncomfortable!. Any tips and or suggestions are greatly apprecited! You need to add some resistance training to get toned!. Tone is achieved when you have muscle and a low body fat % so that you can see that muscle!. Try out the routines and diet here!.!.

I will tell you what I've told about 2 dozen other kids today!. If you believe yourself to be overweight, you make an appt with your GP and have them refer you to a dietician specialising in assisting overweight and obese kids to lose weight *SAFELY*!. I WILL NOT assist a minor - I have seen too many end up in ED clinics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow!. 103 lbs!. and 5'4"!. You seem like your doing great!. They say a good weight for people 5'4" is actually 120!. I'm sure your beautiful just the way you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
