Question: Exersize eating good and a miltivitamen!?
hi im 21 yrs old and Ive recently added a multivitamen to my day and also eating way better!. i cut out the all soda, fast and fatty foods!.!. i nomally used to run a mile in the mornings and i might be lazy and skip some mornings- but now i run mornings and nights, 2 miles each time and im still going to continue to hit the wheights like i have been for years!. its been 3days and ive already noticed an 8 pound loss!.!. i just wanted to know if this was too much- can i eat healthy and use the multivitamen!? but when i read online i see people saying , eat the right foods OR take a daily vitamen!.!. i dont think ill get an overuse of some vitamens like fiber or whatever u shouldnt over use right!? b/c i also am getting good vitamens in some foods i eat!.!. also is this fast wheight loss gonna take a toll on me!? i feel pretty good other than the fact that my legs are a lil tired!.!. im currently around 215- 6ft 2 id like to be around 205 or 210 which shouldnt be hard at this rate !.!. experienced plzWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have it down pretty good!. Yes, it's fine to take a multivitamin like Centrum (generic is fine) while eating nothing but healthy food!. Just in case you're missing one particular vitamin!. They cannot hurt you!.
I hope you're stretching before and after running!. ( Warming up and cooling down!.) Always LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!. If your legs are hurting a little, cool it a little!. Running 5 days a week is plenty, but every day is fine too!. If you're lifting any weights, only do that every OTHER day!. I'm sure you're drinking plenty of water!. Like I said, you're doing great!! When you hit your ideal weight, be careful not to gain it back!. (You knew that! Duh!.!.!.!.lol)

well '8 pounds is quite alot for a '3 days, you don't want to end up with flabby skin or any other side affects from too much weight loss, dont take multivitamens, trust me `Just eat fresh healthy food, exersize on a daily basis- Dont drink caffine, energy drinks,alchol, soft drinks and try eating fresh vegetables,fish lean meat and fruits, if you eat fresh food you will get all the vitamens your body needs, and dont cut down alot on the food just eat enough to leave the table with you feeling just right!. taking too much multivitamens or even just a bit more then necesary can kill you, stick with Fresh foods, and try exercising a bit more on other parts of your body- stick to this and in a few weeks you will feel more healthy ,energetic and above all good about yourself
