If you look at it logically it depends on how much bread you intend to eat, if it is a lot - then nothing!. To lose weight then you need to cut down 500 calories from what you are eating now!. A single slice of bread has about 100 calories, so if you eat a lot of bread each day then you won't lose anything!. Aside from this, it's not a very good idea really!. For starters, your body needs a variety of vitamins and minerals which you won't get from bread alone, so you will become very poorly!. Then, it is much less likely that you will stick to a diet such as this, as it will become so incredibly boring, and when you go back to your normal eating habits, you will put back on all the weight (if any) that you have lost, as you have not retrained yourself into healthy eating habits, only starvation ones!.
To put it briefly, i don't believe you will lose anything!.

If you want to try a quick fix short term diet, then why not try 'juicing'!? You liquidise a variety of fruit and vegetables and drink them throughout the day!. You are still getting the goodness, but do not have any of the fats!. Not something you would want to do for the rest of your life but it can be a helpful way to kick start weight loss!. Initially, you would lose weight, but after a while your weight lose would slow down and level out because your body will begin to adjust it's basal metabolic rate ( the amount of energy your body consumes to maintain it's basic functions)!. So you will use less energy because you consume less energy and your body will begin to store more energy because it is receiving less food!. when your body stores energy it turns to fat!. Also then you would sleep more and your hair would begin to fall out !.SO you really won't be able to enjoy the little weight that you did lose the first few weeks because you will have thinning hair and will be sleepy ( that isn't very attractive) The best way to lose weight is to speed up your metabolic rate by exercising and becoming more active in everyday life!. Instead of the elevator take the stairs ,park far way from the building ,walk if you don't have to drive, and did I mention cardio exercise!. eating less that is 2 meals a day puts your body into starvation mode!.!.!.that is why you are not loosing weight!.!.!.

You need to eat something every 2-4hrs to keep your blood sugar levels stable!.!.!.and if you are not eating a varied diet and drinking lots of water you will run into problems!.!.you need to keep your electrolytes balanced and drinking lots of water without certain supplements e!.g salt and many others will lead to seizures!.!.!.see a doctor or dietitian and do things properly!.!.!.otherwise you will end up bigger than you are now as once you loose weight and start eating again your body will store everything you eat in case you decided to do this again!.!.this is what the body does!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you might loose alot if it is normal bread and not wholemeal or brown bread or bread that contains fruit
If you are only eating Carbohydrates you are lacking the other food groups and you could make yourself ill by doing that
You will probably end up with scurvy from the lack of vitamin C!.

This is NOT a good idea! First of all, bread is not healthy unless if it is wheat/whole grain!. Drinking tons of water is a good idea!. However, this diet would be EXTREMELY hard to keep up!. Instead, eat lots of salad, potatoes, fruit, and whole grain sandwiches with chicken!. Now that's a good idea!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if u want to lose weight you need to eat right and do exercises if u just eat bread and drink water u will get really sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
