Okay so i wanna "start over"?!


Question: Okay so i wanna "start over"!?
Im done with this gaining muscle mass thing it's not working im gaining too much fat in the process i jus wanna get leaner and defined i read this thing where one day u eat all fruit like 2000cals from fruit and water thats it then next 3 days u eat very high protein diet but eat about 2500cals and 50g carbs thats it rest protein and some fats has anyone done this or think itd work its suppose to help put on lean muscle with intense workouts of course which i already got planned outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Joe, can I be candid with you!. I think you may be a little obsessed and seeking results too quickly!. Step back and look at your goals!. Have your bodyfat tested and keep yourself out of the loop!. Throw away the scale completely!.!. its irrelevant to fitness!. Are you sticking to doing compound movements with heavy weights!? Are you eating a good portion (25%) of your caloric intake in healthy fats and fish oils!? Are you working out with all out intensity for BRIEF workouts and resting enough!?

I keep reading where you are changing your workout!. You may end up spinning your wheels if you jump around!. Take one program/goal and stick with it for six weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your working out!. Are you gaining fat not muscle mass which weighs more than fat!? eat leaner proteins!.No starch flour fried foods and limit your dairy to low fat or fat free!.Not too much fruit, it,s loaded with sugar!. 2500 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try dieting my dad did that and lost 30 pounds!
TRY NO CARBS AND NO SUGAR!
Everthing is going to have a little in it but the less the better!
