Weight loss...?
I want to be in my weight range by the time school starts which is August 19th.
The maximum weight for my age and height is about 149.
I weigh 204, and im 16.
what are some good tips to help reach that goal.
I cut out sodas a few months ago but it did nothing surpisingly.

also how to you fight cravings. ive been eating salads but when theres something else around that i want for the taste of it i tend to eat some of that too

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is with diet and exercise. You would need a sensible diet including fruits and vegetables. You only can lose weight by burning more calories than you eat so you might want to keep a journal and see how you are eating. Try exercising at least 20 minutes a day and add gradually, you would definitely see results.
