I need help on lifting weights............????!


Question: I need help on lifting weights!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?!?!?!?
Ok i'm 14 y/o and 5 7'' i weight 141lbs!.!.!.!.!.!.i started lifting weights about 2 months ago but, i think im not doing anything right!.!.!.!.!.!.i have 1 of those benches and bar!.!.!.!.!.so please help me and tell me something so i know how to do them right !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never arch your back and never completely straighten your arms!. make sure your movements are smooth (slow) and controlled!. Personally, I prefer dumbbells to a bar because this way I can focus on each side individually vs a bar which my stronger arm will take a majority of the weight so it will work much harder that the other side!. Do light weights and more reps,until it burns and your muscle are shaping, then slowly increase the weight!. Try flys, weights in each hand hands curled in toward your stomach and push your hands out (shoulders and pecs), arm curls put weight in one hand and curl it up (biceps), reverse curls with weight in one hand, keep your arm straight but not too tight grab the weight with your hand perpendicular to the ground (thumb on top)pull the weight toward your shoulder then go backward straightening your arm (do not use your shoulder use the back of your arm, triceps); force your bent arms out keeping you elbows bent (works pecs)!. during all exercise keep your stomach muscles pulled in tight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the way to benchpress right is to lower the bar to your chest, and push until your arms are straight and lock them, remember to breathe, and breath evenly!. Do 20 lifts/reps or 15 and take a ten second brake, then repeat!. Do that until you're too tired, but depending on how much you lift, you may need someone to spot you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing you should do is put down the weights!.!.!.lifting weights at such an early age can stop you from growing!.!.!.!.and trust me girls like tall guys more than they like strong guys!.!.!.!.take it easy!.!.!.what you should be doing is alot of pushups, situps, and other exercises using your own body weight!.!.!.get a yoga ball and do different exercsies with that!.!.learn how to eat healthy!.!.and maybe join a sport at school !.!.check out my site http://www!.fitnesswonders!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com
