A lot of people are against it but I would recommend either the South Beach Diet or Atkins, on average in the first 2 weeks of sticking to these plans (which are pretty much the same during the first two weeks) you lose an average of 5-10% of your body weight!.!.!. but no cheating and drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Negative Calorie Diet you eat certain fruits and veggies and drink mostly water and tea!. You can drink anything without calories but water and tea are the best!. And you lose about 2 pounds a day!. It's healthy for you too!. If you plan on doing for a bout a month then you will need to take some port of protein pills or eat a bit of a protein bar each day!. Your burning more calories then you are taking in to it would be okay to eat a couple bits of a protein bar every day or so!. The point of it is that you will burn up more calories digesting the foods then you will actually eating it!. It works really well I tried it and lost about 60 pounds on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hula hoop with a hula hoop that feels like the weight of a full cereal box when you lift it with one hand!. hula hoop at least 30 min!. a day or every 2-3 hours if you want a big effect the next day!. this only works if you don't cheat and really move your waist and hips! it really helps lose weight! it helped me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
