I have horrible eating patterns, and i don't think taht i cunsume enough foods to be healthy. What are some good vitamins that i can at the grocerie store, for a teenager? Do they actualyl work?

im a teen, too, so we just have to eat normal, i u dont like the way u eat, look for more food, personaly i dont recomend vitamins, but if u really want to get some, look for the ones named "centrum" long time ago i tried those and after a few days u start feeling better, u can make a lot with a heakthy body, but remember, vitamins wont give u everything, try new foods, too.
