Question: I'm trying to gain a little weight, how should i do it!?
I'm 5'5, 16 years old male, and only weigh about 105 pounds!. I really want to gain some weight, how should i go about doing it!? working out!? eating more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I guess it depends on if you want to gain weight through muscle!? or fat!?
If you want to gain weight through muscle, I'd recommend working out a bit!. If you want to gain weight through fat, I would probably eat a little more then I did before!. I've heard that eating after 8 o'clock at night when you're less active and your metabolism slows, you're more likely to gain weight!. So i'd aim for eating high in protein foods after 8!. try drinking protein drinks more often as well!.
