Flatter stomach but everything else the same?
what is the best way to be able to get a flatter stomach but still keeping the rest of ur body the way it is now...i want to get a flatter stomach BUT i dont want to lose my ***...what should i do to achieve this? thanks a head of time!

i do not have a fat stomach at all..its flat...no rolls even when i sit down i just want it toner...like a barely there six pack...

This is an interesting question.. you can achieve a flatter stomach several ways..
1. ab exercises (situps, crunchs etc)
2.increase your daily fiber (this works) try 25 to 35gms a day.
all bran cerals are a way to start.
3. unfortunately there is no way to target body fat, but if you want to lose fat and still have a nice behind, work out your glutious maximus. like rear leg raises and the like to compinsation for fat loss.
