Question: Need better eating habits!?
im 21!. 6 ft 2 in!. 160lbs!. havent been eating right lately!. feel like i have no energy and tired all the time!. what kind of foods are good for me but actually taste good!. what is a good vitamin out there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started a low-sugar diet!. It's HARD but I get SO much more energy from it, it's very satisfying!. When you eat, look at the ingredients by the food label!. If "sugar" or "high-fructose corn syrup" is listed as one of the first 4 ingredients, don't eat it!.
This takes a lot of commitment, but you can replace the sweets with fruit! I was surprised how much I liked cantaloupe!. Tasty and good for you!. Also, buy daily multi-vitamins if take them after breakfast!.
By the way, 160 pounds is actually a good weight if you're 6'2''Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have some protein products, some milk products and fruits are good and healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
