How to tone your thighs?

i do like lots of sit ups and like these things were you like on your side and lift up your legs and then like the plank and some push ups in rotation and for about 30 min daily what else should i try?


Answers:

squats are good and running works the best for me. you only have to run for about 20Min's a week and i makes your fitness better too!
