I can't exercise!!!?!


Question: I can't exercise!!!!?
I always start doing something, such as a new exercise or start doing cardio, but then after 3 days I get tired and I no longer want to do anything!

How does someone get the ability to always do it, such as always running or jump rope ect!.

Motivation, now this is the tricky one!.

Start by setting yourself realistic goals!. All you need is a Calender, a red pen and a green pen!.

If you excercise in a day then put a green tick in, if you don't then put a red tick in!. You want to be aiming for 3 - 4 green ticks a week!. Show the calender to a friend/family member or have it where others can see it, that should motivate you!.

As the above person has mentioned, you cannot get fit over night!. It takes time and hard work but the benefits are unbelievable, you'll look and feel great for one, and for another its great for your state of mind!

The only person that can motivate you is yep, you guessed it!. YOU!

Keeping with exercise really takes will power and a strong desire to achieve your goals!.

They say that it takes 21 days to make something a habit!.
If you can push through and make yourself workout 3-4 times a week for 21 days, it will get easier!.

I've found that I'm more likely to keep going to the gym if I make it a part of my routine!. Schedule the time ahead of time so you know that is your 'exercise time'!. For me, I know that I wake up at 8am and go straight to the gym until 9am!. If you can also try and make it a firm part of your schedule, you'll be more likely to stick to it!.

Don't try to start with too much, and don't do it every day at first!. Your body needs to adjust to the new routine!. Try exercising every other day, for maybe 15 minutes at a time!.

Get an exercise buddy to help you keep going!. Knowing that my best friend was waiting for me to go jog with her was a good incentive!.

And if you're exercising to lose weight, try to resist the urge to eat a lot more! Keep your diet the same, and the exercise will burn off fat!. Eat more as you exercise more, and your weight will not change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep it interesting and exercise while doing something you love for example if you love to dance do something with dance!. Or if you like basketball run up and down the street while dribbling same with soccer kick a ball up and down the street or do it with a friend its always more fun to exercise when you are not alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem i get bored with or im to lazy or something!. all u have to do is make exercising interesting, like do crunches and push ups in fornt of the tv or go to the gym with your frindes!. make sure you switch your routines up, or else they get really boring and your not motivated to do then!. good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep your eye on the prize! Have pictures up of people you'd desire to look like!. Or before the time that you've set aside to exercise simply visualize in your head how you want to look and (more importantly) feel!. Then look at yourself in the mirror!. Which would you rather be!?
