Ab workout...?!


Question: Ab workout!.!.!.!?
Okay, so I'm going back to school in a few weeks!. I want a flat tummy/tight abs!.Im skinny(100 lbs!.) but i have some baby fat still(im 14)
i need something i can do to tone my abs, and that doesn't require stuff like and exercise ball!.

sit comfortably in a chair but watch your posture, imagine a sit up, imagine how it feels on your stomach!! you can achieve the same workout just sitting in a chair or standing up, pull your tummy muscles in and hold while you count to five but remember to breath, put your hand quite high on your tummy so you can feel the pull, do 10 of these a day and slowly build up to more you will see the diffrence and even though its quite hard at first to pull your tummy in and breath you will soon get the hand of it so its really easy, you can do them anywhere and it really does work, i do them myself and they were recomended to me by my physio!.

Do abdominal workout!. Any workout normally will take 8-12 weeks before you can see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can work out but running an half an hour a day and if ur up to it you can run an hour a day, and eating less fatty foods so try and cut down on fastfoods, frieds foods, and sugary cerealWww@Answer-Health@Com
