How long of lifting weights would it take to see sugnificant results?!


Question: How long of lifting weights would it take to see sugnificant results!?
i am fairly experienced so i don't get sore a lot!. but i work out 6 days a week resting each muscle for 2 days!. how many months would it take to see sugnificant results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!. You're experienced, but you're not yet seeing results!?

You should see the results of a good diet/ exercise plan within two weeks max!. I don't know, but it sounds like you're not challenging yourself with each workout!.

The most effective way to lift involves absolute failure on at least one set of each major exercise!.

One technique I recently adopted, which works well if you don't have a partner or spotter is super-setting!. After a set of bench press, for example do immediately do push-ups until you fall to the floor in failure!.

Another reason a committed weight-lifter doesn't see results is because they aren't getting enough quality protein durring recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This depends on a few factors!.

What is your body type!? There are 3!. Endomorphs, Ectomorphs, and Mesomorphs!. Endomorphs are on the thin side and don't bulk up easily!. Mesomorphs tend to be on the cubby side, so their muscle development can be concealed underneath some fat,, and Ectomorphs who bulk up fast!.

A friend of mine was an Ectomorph and he visibly change in few weeks!.

It also depends on what you mean as results!. I worked out regularly for two years and never had to get bigger clothes!.
But I was solid,and I was pretty proud I could do so many pull-ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
