This will do it in a healthy way. Focus on fruits, veggies, and whole grains in your diet, with a little meat and low fat dairy. Drink plenty of water (32 oz. a day or a little more will do it) and keep that water very cold (helps to increase your metabolism). Drink some green tea (home made, not bottled). Try for an hour of cardio a day. If you can't fit in an hour, at least do 40 minutes. Now turn off the computer and get moving!
