i looked up on google and it said when you experience pain while working out all its doing is crystalizing body fat and not actually making it to where you gain more muscle!.!.!.!. is it true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you work out, you cause microscopic tears in your muscles!. The body then goes about repairing this "damage" by creating more muscle!.

Body fat is used by the body in conjunction with carbs (stored as sugars in the body) to create energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're feeling pain while you're exercising it's probably not very good!. Unless it's like an expanding of muscles, or a strain!. But you can usually tell the difference!. And when they mean "no pain no gain" it means that if it's not tiring and wearing you out, then you're not working hard enough and not gaining anything!. That's all it means!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pain is good!. As long as your not overtraining!.

In weightlifting that burining sinsation is your muscle fibers tearing!. With good nutrition and calorie intake!. The muscles will repair bigger and stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
