Question: Anyone have excersizing tips!? how much weight can i lose!?
i have 3 weeks to lose weight!.!.!. so i'm becoming a rabbit (eating only celery and carrots), and excersizing 3 hours a day!. do you have an excersizing tips!? and about how much weight do you think i'd lose(a 13 year old female)!? help please!. thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this seems weird, but eating just celery and carrots are actually gonna hurt your diet!. your body is gonna think its starving and slow down your metabolism!.!.!.besides carrots and celery are just carbs, which you want to avoid!. the diet to eat if you are trying to lose is mostly protein with a couple vegetables a day, also drink 3 glasses of milk a day!. they've proven that people that drink milk every day lose so much more weight!.
as for your weight loss regimine, doing a LOT of continuous cardio will do the trick, your idea of 3 hours is about right!. i would break it up into two 1!.5 hours of it though!.
exercises such as speed walking, swimming, stair climber are all good exerises to lose fat because they get your heart rate up there, but not too high!. which is important because when your heart rate gets too high, you burn muscle, not fat!. Look up your target heart range and stay in that
