What is the cheapest i can get an electric treadmill for?

I'm after a electric treadmill, not one of those manual ones. I've never seen the point in them manual ones. It kind of diminishes the whole point of the treadmill.

Just run up and down the stairsa few times and then you can spend the money on better things like lapdances.
