and if you don't exercize at least walk!.
you can't lose weight without exercizing!
you need to sweat in order to lose!.

You are the same size as me! I really want to weigh 130 though, to be healthy and have more energy!. I am alot older than you and just joined Weight watchers!. It has helped already in one week!. I would say that you should limit carbs altogether for about 2 weeks and then have them for only one meal aday!. Portion size has been my problem!. Watch your labels and serving sizes!. I have tryed lots of changes in the way I eat and have tryed lots of exercise ideas and I have discovered you have to do BOTH or loosing won't happen!. Start by just moving more, walks at the mall or beach, etc!.!.!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
