Is it possible for me to get a flat tummy in a month?!
Question: Is it possible for me to get a flat tummy in a month!?
I weigh about 125 and I'm '5"5, I walk about three miles, three times a week, and it takes me an hour to do so, and every other day, I excersize, hula hoop and lift weights!.
I've started to eat healthier too,

well actually muscle weighs more than fat so if you keep doing this you'll actually weigh more then you do right now HOWEVER yes! you will have a flat tummy by the end of the month and if you exercised right you'll even have somewhat ripped biceps and somewhat abs!.
