How can i burn more fat off my thighs and legs to make them thinner (without gaining muscle!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Running actually destroys muscle --- This is why Men's Health advises serious runners (who want all the muscle they can get) to hit the weights three times a week for an hour!.

My solution for you is to run thirty to forty miles a week, scale back to 1500 healthy calories, and drinking 16 ounces or more (hopefully more) of water boosts your metabolism for 90 minutes, but you MUST drink the water within 10 minutes of waking!. You wouldn't work an eight hour shift without water, so why should sleeping be any different!?

The running should work wonders for you!. I have occasionally been cutting down to 0 or 500 calories for three days in a row!. My thighs are really shaping up!. I'm currently 5'11" 140, But soon I will reach 133!. Have a great night!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging or power walking!.!.!.alot!. Like an hour a day if you want fast results!. Also eat only foods that are not hi in fat or empt calories!. You know, lean meat poultry, or fish and salad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
