i'd like to say a vegetarian, but i'd be lying
and i don't wanna say "meat eater" so i'm going to say!.!.

it's HEALTHIEST to be an omnivore and get your correct
servings of both veggies and meats!. because you need the
protein from meat that you can't always get from being a vegetarian :)

The LESS meat!.!./red meat you eat better is the chance that veins,arteries wo'nt be clogged with the waste portion/substances that did'nt or just wo'nt easily digest!!?! !. To help your food digest better!.!. Drink a cup of HOT water `round or atleast twice a week!!?! & try to eat a moderate amount of veggies a few times a week !!?!!. the drinking of the hot water will help purge the body of some not fully digested fats from various foods & some other not so good substances that for the most part just stays in the human body longer!!?! which might contribute to your very next illness being worse on you !! i think being a vegetarian is healthier because if u eat meat, u will likely be big and kind of flabby [ it depednds if u work out] and if u are vegetarian, u are consuming alot of vegtables that is healthier and makes u feel good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

being a vegetarian, though most of the world denies it, is a much healthier life style!. Tofu and replacement meats are much leaner than all real meats, even turkey chicken and fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think both combined is really healthy!.
Like eating a bunch of veggies w/ steamed chicken/fish/shrimp!.

I think red meat, pork, bacon, sausages is bad for you because of all the saturated fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on what you believe, they are different lifestyles, so as to the question which is healthier!? i am not sure, try both for a few weeks and see which one makes you feel better and more energized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

none of the above!. it should be balance so i say being an omnivore XD!. anything that is too much or insufficient is not good at all!. go, grow and glow foods work as a team to make your body healthy =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
