I"m really craving, help?!


Question: I"m really craving, help!?
HEy there, so I'm in one of my 'moods' I feel realy like down, and all I want right now is a buster bar, but they are 400 calories!. x!.x;; I already ate dinner, and I'm not hungry, help!? I need to break this habit of night eating or eating when I'm not feeling right!. Any tips to avoid my snacking!? I've tried brushing my teeth, but I still really want it!. AHh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm, well the best thing I can tell you is kinda gross but it might help!.!.!. I used to work at DQ and made busterbars and most dairy queens are rat infested and the rats get into the peanuts and coco fudge that make the buster bars and they usually melt when they're being made and refozen later!.!.!.!.haha, I know this will only possibly help u with buster bars but if ur craving something look at a pic of a person(possibly on t!.v) that's at a healthy weight that u wouls like to look like and that might make u more determined!. Sorry to gross u out but hope this helps when u think of having a buster bar : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try not to think about it!. If you see what you crave a a commercial turn it!. Focus your attention and energy on something else!. Key trick give into your craving in moderations once in a while because if you dont when you finally break you will go crazy on indulging on that craving(key word moderation)!.Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try think of flavors that it has (is it sweet!? Bitter!?) and find healthier foods that have the same flavors!. Also try just avoiding it!. That may help also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once in a while, it's fine, but not all the time ;) Im sure u know that!
