Question: I need to lose 130 pounds to be considered healthy!?
i was wondering if anyone has some tips to help!? i know that it should take 7 to 12 months and that i need to burn calories and eat helthy too!. anything else!? thank you so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only other thing I can think of in addition to exercise and a healthy eating plan is to drink a LOT of water!. It can do wonders for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Eat half portions for every meal!.
-Do aerobics exercises like swimming, jogging!. Swimmig is especially good because it does not impact your joints!. Try those aerobics classes held in your local swimming pool!.
-Sleep early every day!. Late sleeping will increase your craving for food late at night, and studies have shown that having a good sleep reduces the incidence of obesity among respondents!.
-Have discipline! Stay the course and you will lose weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only tip I can give you is that muscle burns more than anything else, so make sure you are doing exercises that will build muscle, not just cardiovascular exercises (even though you will also build muscle doing cardio exercises)!. Oh, and try to find something that will make you feel better other than food!. Take up a new hobby or join a group that does something you like such as hiking or even something like scrap booking!. I've also heard that if you are really heavy and you're just starting out, that swimming is a lot easier on your joints yet is still very good exercise, so if you have a pool near where you live maybe you could start swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have lost 42 pounds since April and have about 70 to go!. I suggest that you do not starve or depry yourself of the foods you like, because then you will be miserable!. Find all the veggies that you like and eat them abundently!. Cut out the snack foods as you probably like and try sugar/fat free ice cream, watermelon, fresh fruits!. When eating meat, eat in very small portions!. I have eaten very lightly during the day and had a normal dinner, but cut the portions in half!. At night I may eat some sugar free jello or a popcicle!. It must work, because as I said, I have lost the 42 pounds on it!. Good luck!. -> try some dance/ yoga classes , they really help keep you in shape

swim!. theres no batter exercise!. u work out every muscle in your body, you tone ur body, and you burn caliries like a ****!. also switch it up!. do freestyle then breast stroke then freestyle again!. once ur out eat a banana or two (so u wont be sore the next day and to increase condition)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can contact your insurance and see if they offer some type of program for a nutritionist or a lower discount on a gym in your area!. I know most insurances do some discount program with Weight Watchers!. You need to write down your goals and have someone close to you who is supportive and even better doing it with you!. I may suggest running and eating right!. because running use 's most of every muscle in your body!.And you burn alot of fat!. I hope this helps !. start out slow by walking fast, jogging, then ull be sprinting in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lots of water, before and after food to flush it through - between 6 - 8 litres per day and be prepared to keep going to the loo - this also will keep your skin and body healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
