For the fastest weight loss and toning exercise - try running and skipping!. they will help you burn fat and tone up especially in the arms, legs and bum area!. You should try to do 30 mins of cardio at least 3/4 times a week!. Then you should also do some toning exercises like lunges and squats which are excellent for bum and thighs as well as step ups - on to a bench say and then bring the foot down and touch ground just with your toe and then back up again!.
